Uracil-DNK glikozilaza (EC 3.2.2.27, UdgB, uracil-DNK N-glikozilaza, UDG, uracil DNK glikohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom uracil-DNK dezoksiribohidrolaza (otpuštanje uracila).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

hidroliza jednolančane DNK ili neuklađene dvolančane DNK i polinukleotida čime se oslobađa uracil

Uracil-DNK glikozilaze su široko rasprostranjeni enzimi.
