Richard Carle (7. jul 1871 - 28. jun 1941) bio je američki glumac, kompozitor i tekstopisac. Karijeru, započetu u teatru, privremeno je prekinula služba u prvom svjetskom ratu. Od 1925. je počeo redovno snimati filmove, gdje se specijalizirao za karakterne uloge sitničavih milionera. Najpoznatija je uloga bivšeg grofa prisiljenog zarađivati kao sluga u filmu Ninotchka 1939. godine.
